Brainware Partners Announces Field Commanders™
Brainware Partners’ Field Commanders FSMS service provides comprehensive but easy-to-use software for small- medium service providers such as plumbers, electricians, heating/air conditioning specialists. Field Commanders consists of a portal for the back-office admins for technician scheduling and other admin functions, and Android/iOS phone apps for field technicians.
Field Commanders manages the entire life cycle of a job from technician selection and scheduling to client notifications, technician notification and routing, estimates and invoicing. It is currently integrated with QuickBooks™ and can integrate with existing installed telematics software via APIs.
Minimal training and on-boarding are required as the system is very easy to use and learn, either for admins or technicians (many of whom taught themselves). No additional hardware is required, and no software installation is required other than downloading the phone app.
Pricing is well below the big players. There is no charge for admin user IDs where many, if not all, of the big players do charge. Field Commanders comes with a free 30-tial period with no credit card required. It also comes with an array of tools and videos for easy on-boarding of office personnel and field technicians.
