Abe Levine is a high technology C-Level executive with a proven track record of opening new markets for telecommunications and software companies, delivering substantial revenue, providing strategy consulting, building successful delivery and support organizations, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with diverse companies and cultures worldwide. Abe has been successful worldwide in several industries including telecommunications, automotive, aerospace, pharma and biotech, trucking and transportation, and others. He was COO of a wireless carrier and a software company, and has run worldwide sales, marketing, business development and professional services for several companies.
As COO of a wireless carrier that had 20,000 subscribers, but over 600,000 active IOT connections (real estate lock boxes, burglar alarms, etc.), Abe turned around the carrier from subscriber and cash flow losses into substantial gains. Earlier in his career, he ran one of the largest commercial scientific computing centers in the US and played a leading role in two multi-billion-dollar bids.
Abe has been working in the telematics industry worldwide since 2007, and specifically trucking since 2012. He won a large contract for a major US auto company for OTA updates for various engine management software and developed a system for sharing content between a PC and the vehicle over the air. As COO of a software company, he developed a vehicle and asset tracking service which was white labeled by several telecommunications companies and which included analytics and alerts based on vehicle/engine data. Abe also developed the sales and marketing for their product and built a reseller sales force of 85 resellers and a significant presence on Sirius/XM (Road Dog Trucking channel). Over 70,000 trucks acquired the product. He also developed an overseas Tier 1 call center to support the resellers and their customers.
